These Terms & Conditions apply when you use Automation Labs Studio, automationlabs.studio, and our browser extensions.
By using our website, extensions, Free access, or paid features, you agree to these Terms.
Automation Labs Studio is independent software and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or an official product of OpenAI, Google, Meta, xAI, or other supported AI providers.
1. OUR SERVICE
Automation Labs Studio provides browser-based tools that help users manage and automate scene-based creative workflows on supported third-party AI websites.
Features may include:
• scene queues
• prompt automation
• reference uploads
• generation monitoring
• downloads and file organization
• account and access features
• other workflow tools we may introduce
Features, supported providers, limits, and availability may change over time.
2. THIRD-PARTY AI SERVICES
Automation Labs Studio does not provide the underlying AI generation services.
You are responsible for having access to any third-party AI provider required to use a feature.
Your use of services such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Meta AI, Grok, Google Flow, or other supported providers is also subject to those providers' own:
• terms
• privacy policies
• subscriptions
• credits
• quotas
• safety requirements
• usage restrictions
Automation Labs Studio cannot guarantee that a third-party provider will always remain available or compatible with our extensions.
3. ACCEPTABLE USE
You may use Automation Labs Studio only for lawful and authorized purposes.
You must not use Automation Labs Studio to:
• bypass AI safety protections
• bypass CAPTCHA systems
• evade provider rate limits or usage quotas
• obtain credits or services without authorization
• bypass subscriptions or payment requirements
• defeat account restrictions or access controls
• interfere with provider security systems
• distribute malware or harmful code
• gain unauthorized access to another person's account
• violate applicable laws or third-party rights
We may restrict or terminate access when we reasonably believe the service is being abused.
4. FREE ACCESS
Automation Labs Studio may provide Free access with usage limits.
Free usage limits, supported features, and eligibility may change over time.
Successful completed scenes may be counted toward the applicable Free usage allowance.
Attempts to bypass or manipulate Free usage limits may result in restricted access.
5. PAID ACCESS
Automation Labs Studio may offer paid access such as All Access.
Paid access may be offered for a specific access period shown at checkout.
Unless clearly stated otherwise at the time of purchase, paid access is a one-time purchase and does not automatically renew.
Paid Automation Labs Studio access does not include third-party AI provider subscriptions, credits, usage allowances, or other provider fees.
Availability of individual providers or features may change as third-party services change.
6. PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers such as Lemon Squeezy.
The payment provider may act as the Merchant of Record or authorized reseller for applicable transactions.
Google and the Chrome Web Store do not process Automation Labs Studio payments and are not responsible for billing, refunds, taxes, or fulfillment.
Because Automation Labs Studio provides digital access, there are no physical products to return.
Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are subject to applicable law and the policies of the payment provider.
We may refuse refund requests where permitted by law in cases involving fraud, abuse, excessive use, manipulation, or refund abuse.
If a purchase is refunded or reversed, the related paid access may be reduced, suspended, or removed.
Nothing in these Terms removes consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
7. YOUR CONTENT
You remain responsible for prompts, images, references, files, and other content you use with Automation Labs Studio.
You must have the necessary rights and permission to use the content you submit.
Automation Labs Studio does not claim ownership of your creative content simply because you use our extensions.
Content submitted to third-party AI providers is also subject to those providers' terms and policies.
8. UPDATES AND SERVICE CHANGES
Automation Labs Studio and its browser extensions may be updated from time to time.
We may:
• add or remove features
• change supported providers
• change Free usage limits
• change paid offerings
• modify compatibility requirements
• temporarily suspend features
• discontinue features or services
Third-party AI websites frequently change their interfaces and systems.
Because of this, an extension may temporarily stop working correctly until compatibility is restored.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or permanent compatibility with any third-party service.
9. PRIVACY
Your use of Automation Labs Studio is also subject to our Privacy Policy:

The Privacy Policy explains how information is processed when you use our website and browser extensions.
10. WARRANTIES AND LIABILITY
Automation Labs Studio is provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis to the extent permitted by law.
We do not guarantee that:
• the service will always be available
• every generation will succeed
• every third-party provider will remain compatible
• third-party providers will not change their services
• files or project information will never be lost
• the service will meet every user's requirements
Users are responsible for keeping backups of important files and generated content.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Automation Labs Studio is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses resulting from use of or inability to use the service.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.
11. SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to Automation Labs Studio when reasonably necessary because of:
• violations of these Terms
• fraud or payment abuse
• security risks
• attempts to bypass service limits
• unlawful activity
• abuse of our systems or third-party services
You may stop using Automation Labs Studio at any time by uninstalling the extensions and discontinuing use of the service.
12. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
Changes become effective when the updated Terms are published on this page unless otherwise stated.
We may provide additional notice where required by applicable law or platform policy.
Continued use of Automation Labs Studio after updated Terms become effective means you agree to the updated Terms, except where additional consent is legally required.
