This Privacy Policy explains how Automation Labs Studio, automationlabs.studio, and our browser extensions handle information when you use our services.

Automation Labs Studio is independent software and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or an official product of OpenAI, Google, Meta, xAI, or other supported AI providers.


1. INFORMATION OUR EXTENSIONS PROCESS

Automation Labs Studio extensions may process information locally in your browser to provide their features.

This may include:

• prompts and scene instructions
• CSV or TXT scene data
• project and scene information
• reference images or files you select
• queue and generation status
• extension settings
• download and filename information
• information on supported AI provider websites needed to operate prompts, uploads, generation status, and downloads

This information is used to perform the workflow requested by you.

Automation Labs Studio extensions are not designed to monitor unrelated websites, collect unrelated browsing history, or build advertising profiles.


2. INFORMATION SENT TO AUTOMATION LABS STUDIO

Limited information may be sent to Automation Labs Studio when necessary to operate our services.

This may include:

• account information if you choose to sign in
• account and access status
• Free usage count and date
• extension and provider information
• extension version
• anonymous first-party identifiers used for usage continuity or security
• authentication and security information
• information you voluntarily provide when requesting support

We do not intentionally use MAC addresses, hardware serial numbers, provider passwords, provider authentication cookies, or general browser fingerprints as device identifiers.


3. PROMPTS, REFERENCES, AND GENERATED CONTENT

When you use an Automation Labs Studio extension, prompts, references, or other creative content may be submitted through the third-party AI provider selected by you.

The selected AI provider processes that information according to its own privacy policy and terms.

Automation Labs Studio does not operate the underlying AI generation service.

Our backend is not designed to store your:

• full prompts or CSV/TXT project contents
• reference images or files
• generated images or videos
• provider conversations or projects
• provider passwords
• provider authentication cookies or access tokens
• general browsing history


4. PAYMENTS

Paid Automation Labs Studio access may be processed by third-party payment providers such as Lemon Squeezy.

Payment providers may process billing, payment, tax, fraud-prevention, and refund information according to their own policies.

Automation Labs Studio may receive limited transaction information necessary to recognize a purchase and activate or manage access.

We do not receive or store complete payment card details.


5. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Automation Labs Studio may use third-party services necessary to operate the service, including:

• Wix for website and backend services
• Lemon Squeezy for applicable payments
• supported AI providers for AI generation

These services have their own privacy policies and terms.

We do not sell extension user data to advertisers, advertising networks, or data brokers.


6. CHROME WEB STORE LIMITED USE

Automation Labs Studio follows applicable Chrome Web Store User Data Policy and Limited Use requirements.

The use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We do not use extension user data for personalized advertising, advertising retargeting, credit eligibility, unrelated profiling, or unrelated browsing surveillance.

We do not routinely have people manually review private content processed by our extensions except when information is voluntarily provided for support, when necessary for security or fraud prevention, or when required by law.


7. AI PROVIDER RULES AND SAFETY

Automation Labs Studio extensions are intended to assist with normal user-authorized workflows.

They are not designed to bypass:

• AI safety protections
• CAPTCHA systems
• provider rate limits
• generation or usage quotas
• subscriptions or payment requirements
• account restrictions
• access controls
• disabled provider functionality

Users are responsible for following the rules, policies, and terms of the AI providers they use.


8. STORAGE, SECURITY, AND DELETION

Some extension information may be stored locally in your browser.

You may remove locally stored extension information by clearing extension storage or uninstalling the extension.

We use reasonable technical and security measures to protect information processed by Automation Labs Studio, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

For privacy or deletion requests, please contact us through our Discord community.


9. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.

Changes become effective when the updated Privacy Policy is published on this page unless otherwise stated.

Where required by applicable law or platform policy, we may provide additional notice or request consent for material changes to how user information is collected, used, or shared.
